COVID-19 Update - Shipping Delays
Due to COVID-19, please be advised that your order may experience shipping delays. Time frames listed in product descriptions may be inaccurate as we navigate this pandemic. Additionally, we will not be processing any cancellations, returns, or exchanges during this time.

Do I have to be African to wear waist beads?
Can I wear waist beads while pregnant?
Can babies and young girls wear waist beads?

Can I shower, bathe, swim, or have sex in waist beads?
It is perfectly fine to bathe, shower, swim, exercise, and have sex in waist beads. Waist beads are an intimate extension of you! Please be mindful not to yank on them while pulling your pants down to use the bathroom. See Care Instructions.
How do I cleanse and set my intentions for my jewelry?
What materials do you use for waist beads?
The pre-strung waist beads are made with multiple strands of cotton thread. Custom orders can either be made with multiple strands of nylon thread or stretch cord.
Can I add gemstones to the Pre-Strung strands?
Gemstones cannot be added to pre-strung beads. However, Charms can be added to any pre-strung strand.

What is your return policy?
- Due to the nature of these products, all products are ineligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once the buyer receives a shipment notification.
- The buyer is responsible for selecting the correct size, so be sure you measure accurately before ordering! Please see Sizing & Tying page.
- Due to hygiene concerns, there are no returns/exchanges/replacement on Custom Waist Bead orders.
Why was my order cancelled?
B's Body Beads reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason. If your order has been cancelled, you will be notified via email and/or SMS and your refund will immediately be sent to your financial institution for processing. The availability of your refund is strictly independent of your financial institution's ability to process pending charges. Online orders may not be cancelled by consumers after a shipping confirmation has been received.
How much is shipping?
All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:- Total distance between us and you
- Total weight of package
- Selected shipping method
We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.

When will my order ship?
Our hours of operation for shipping are Monday through Friday, 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. CST, excluding weekends and major USA holidays. Orders will usually ship 2-3 business day after you order. *NOTE: These timelines do not apply to every order, including Custom Orders. Please refer to your order confirmation email for specific shipping details!
Please note that we cannot fulfill your order until your payment has finished processing. Some payment methods, such as eChecks, may take up to 7 business days to process.
Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:
- Total distance between us and you
- What delivery method you select
ESTIMATED transit times are as follows. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee.
DOMESTIC:
First Class: 7-10 Business Days
Priority Mail: 5-7 Business Days ($50 worth of insurance included)
FedEx Ground: 3-5 Business Days ($100 worth of insurance included)
Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.
How do I track my order?
Please allow between 1-2 Business Days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email. If you don't see the email in your inbox try checking your spam folder or add contact.bsbodybeads@gmail.com to your safe sender’s list.
How long will it it take to receive custom order?
Please allow up to 48 hours for a response to custom order requests and emails. Most custom orders will be shipped out within two weeks of receiving payment.
What if my waist bead strand breaks?
If your waist beads breaks, you should mediate on why it broke. Remember what intentions you put into your beads and reflect. Your waist beads are an extension of you ladies!
Things to mediate on: Has your intentions been manifested? Do you have any blockages? Are you grounded? Are you at peace? Are you anxious? Meditate, Reflect, Write it Down!
